Ayaa Al-Solia
Special Educator
Ayaa is going into her 8th year as a Special Educator handling students with different needs from different countries in the gulf region where she leads a class of learners with different abilities. Her approach to education is child-centered taking into consideration the needs of the child first and work on the skills necessary to build it up. She joined Stars Rehabilitation Center with high hopes of making an impact with her learners’ functional skills.
Ghena Al Hammori
Speech & Language Therapist
Ghena has successfully earned her bachelor's degree in Audiology and Speech Language Pathology from Jordan University of Science and Technology in 2022. She is a licensed Speech Therapist, holding her licensure from the Ministry of Health in Jordan. With a specialization in offering therapeutic programs, Ghena possesses valuable skills in providing support to children facing language delay and autism. Her expertise extends to the implementation of Individualized Therapeutic Plans (ITP) for individuals with diverse needs, including those classified as people of determination. Proficient in both Arabic and English, Ghena is well-equipped to communicate effectively and cater to the unique linguistic requirements of students. Her dedication to the field, coupled with her educational background and practical experience, positions her as a capable and compassionate Speech Therapist.
Maria Cruzada
Special Educator
Maria has been working with children with exceptional needs for the past 16 years. She had extensive experience with students who had cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, learning disabilities, and autism in rehabilitation centers and mainstream schools in the UAE. Maria is trained to use TEACCH program, Makaton Sign Language, and basic ABA techniques in the class.
Razeen Ghnimat
Occupational Therapist
Razeen holds a bachelor's degree in occupational therapy from the University of Jordan. His extensive academic studies and hands-on training in diverse settings, including hospitals, centers catering to different age groups, and volunteer initiatives, have equipped him with a versatile skill set. Razeen is deeply passionate about comprehending and addressing your child's condition. He is dedicated to continually enhancing his skills and fostering the development of new abilities in your child.
Anas Osama
Special Educator
Anas Osama Wajeeh finished his bachelor’s degree in special education with distinction. He is a passionate educator who is inspired by the unique strengths and perspectives of students of determination. It is in this very reason that Anas’ motto in teaching is to make genuine connections with his students, their families and his colleagues making transition phases smooth. Anas’s core values are empathy, patience and understanding and these same values give him a send of purpose knowing that he is making a positive impact in advocating for a more inclusive and compassionate society. Anas has previous solid experience both in one on one and group settings in different institutions here and abroad. He also served at some point of his career as learning support teacher to a student of determination. Anas had the privilege to have worked in various settings like schools, rehabilitation centers and residential facilities. Currently, Anas is diligently pursuing his certification as a Applied Behavior Analyst (ABA) Technician through Qualified Applied Behavior Analysis Credentialing Board (QABA®) to further benefit people of determination and their families.
