Mrs. Ayaa Al Solia is a certified Special Education Teacher with 10 years of experience in the field of special education, certified Applied Behaviour Analysis (2024), Throughout my career, I have specialized in creating and implementing individualized educational plans (IEPs) for students with diverse needs. My work focuses on building inclusive and supportive learning environments, using evidence-based strategies to help students succeed academically, socially, and emotionally. I hold an ABAT certification, which enhances my ability to apply Applied Behaviour Analysis techniques effectively. I am passionate about helping students with special needs reach their full potential and thrive both inside and outside the classroom.

This is Ghena Al Hammori, a Speech, and Language Therapist with two years of experience supporting children with diverse communication needs. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology and has recently completed PROMPT training, an evidence-based approach for treating speech sound disorders. Ghena is also skilled in Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC), including Proloquo2Go, AVAZ, and PECS, helping nonverbal and minimally verbal children build functional communication. Her therapy approach is centred on play-based methods, family collaboration, and creating inclusive environments where every child feels confident and empowered to communicate.

With over two years of experience as a psychologist & behavior therapist, currently pursuing board certification as a Qualified Behavior Analyst (QBA) through the Qualified Applied Behavior Analysis Credentialing Board (QABA®). Specializes in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and child-centered psychological support, with a focus on helping children with autism and other developmental challenges reach their full potential. Extensive experience working with children aged 4 to 18 years with autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, learning disabilities, social-emotional difficulties, and behavioral concerns. Collaborates closely with interdisciplinary teams including speech therapists, occupational therapists, psychiatrists, and neurologists to provide comprehensive and individualized care plans. Proficient in conducting psychological assessments, behavior observations, and developing individualized therapy and behavior intervention plans. Specializing in Counselling, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Special education, and Child-centered psychological support, focuses on helping children with autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, learning disabilities, social-emotional challenges, and behavioral concerns thrive in their development. With extensive experience supporting children aged 4 to 18 years, she conducts thorough psycho-educational assessments, develops individualized treatment and behaviour intervention plans, and delivers therapy that is both structured and nurturing. A key part of her approach is active collaboration with interdisciplinary teams including speech therapists, occupational therapists, psychiatrists, and neurologists, ensuring a holistic and personalized care plan for every child. Manisha Mone-Apte is a licensed psychologist based in Abu Dhabi, registered with both the Department of Community Development (DCD) and the Community Development Authority (CDA) in the UAE. With over 12 years of experience, she has worked extensively with children & young people navigating emotional, behavioral, and learning challenges, always with the belief that every child, no matter their starting point, has the potential to thrive with the right support. In her current role as a Psychologist and Technical Coordinator at Stars Rehabilitation Center for People of Determination, Manisha works at the intersection of care, science, and collaboration. She partners with families, educators, therapists, and medical professionals in a multidisciplinary framework to design individualized, evidence-based support plans for children with varied needs. Whether she’s helping a child build self-regulation skills or guiding a family through the early stages of diagnosis, her approach is both structured and deeply empathetic. Manisha’s strength lies in her ability to listen deeply and respond with insight, always meeting children where they are. Her work spans a wide range of concerns from autism spectrum conditions, ADHD, and anxiety, to developmental delays, learning difficulties, and social-emotional challenges. She is especially skilled at creating safe, trusting spaces where children feel understood and supported, and where parents feel empowered with practical, realistic strategies they can use at home. Before joining the Stars Center, Manisha served as a school counselor and remedial educator in some of the leading schools in Mumbai and Dubai. There, she supported students aged 4 to 18 through one-on-one sessions, classroom strategies, and family consultations, always with a goal-oriented and inclusive lens. Her work in these schools helped shape her child-centered, culturally responsive practice, and gave her valuable insight into academic, emotional, and behavioral needs. Her academic foundation includes a master’s degree in counseling psychology, and further certifications in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), special education, and behavior therapy. She is currently pursuing international certification in structured behavioral support, strengthening her ability to provide interventions grounded in best-practice research & clinical standards. While her methods are evidence-based and carefully tailored, what truly sets Manisha apart is her steadfast belief in progress, no matter how small. Razeen is skilled in conducting comprehensive evaluations and developing individualized treatment plans with clear, measurable goals. He demonstrates strong communication skills, collaborates effectively within multidisciplinary teams, and applies the latest evidence-based techniques and therapeutic tools to support each child’s development and independence.
